9月17日讯 据《每日电讯报》报道， 一些英超俱乐部对曼城（违反英超115项规定的）听证会保密进行感到沮丧。

此次对曼城的听证会是保密的（具体地点也没有公开），将由一个未公开的三人委员会进行，现在仅公开了听证会的基本规则和每个违规指控的项目清单，英国当地的法律界人士认为，为了确保公平和透明度，听证会应该公开进行。

不过改变英超现有规则需要不少于14个俱乐部同意，现在英超至少有五个俱乐部最近面临类似曼城的调查，想说服足够多的成员投票、支持公开听证会内容可能具有一定难度。
